Fannie Mae operates in the U.S. secondary mortgage market. Rather than making home loans directly to consumers, we work with mortgage bankers, brokers and other primary mortgage market partners to help ensure they have funds to lend to home buyers at affordable rates.

Responsibilities:

Ø Developed Servicer Investor Reporting (SIR) Loan information Module (SLIM).

Ø Developed and maintained PL SQL packages, procedures and functions to support the reports by retrieving the data from for the application .

Ø Created various Mappings/Transformations, Session and Workflows.

Ø Various transformations Source Qualifier, Expression, Aggregator, Stored Procedure, Look up, Routers, Union, Joiner and Transaction Control Transformations.

Ø Developed Mappings/Transformations using Designer.

Ø Developed workflows using Workflow Manager.

Ø Created documentation in relation to detailed work plans, coding of database and Informatica objects.

Ø Developed unit test cases using utplsql to test the complex design.

Ø Developed ETLs to load data from Transaction database to OLAP database.

Ø Developed complex sql queries to implement loan and payments processing requirements.
