Responsibilities:

Ø Designed, Developed and supported Reconweb and Reconweb integrated reporting system provide data for balance and aging reports which included collecting user requirements, performing feasibility analysis, proposing functional and technical specifications, developing code per the specifications, code reviews, facilitate source code control.

Ø Developed and maintained PL SQL packages, procedures and functions to support the reports by retrieving the data from for the application.

Ø Logical and Physical Data modeling using Oracle sql developer data modeler.

Ø Re-visit the proposed/implemented designs to improvise/change existing business requirements.

Ø Performed query analysis and enhanced Query performance by taking advantage of Oracle’s Indexing features, table Partitioning features, awr reports, Explain Plan, tkprof.

Ø Performed all programming functions of a DBA including creating databases, tables, views, indexes, triggers and stored procedures as well as administrative functions such as space management, gathering stats, managing partitions and security management.

Ø Extensively worked on tablespace management and dbms_stats (to gather, import, export stats).

Ø Optimized web reports by sql tuning using hints.

Ø Automated tasks like analyze tables, collapse partitions monthly,pulling datausing pl sql

packages and Autosys.

Ø Developed packages to move large amount of data to reporting database using partition exchange.

Ø Data loading using oracle SQL Loader, developed SQL Loader scripts to load data and also loaded data from a single flat file to multiple tables.

Ø Developed UNIX scripts to automate some of the batch processes.

Ø Created and maintained scripts using Harvest and deployed using ITG.

Ø Created various Mappings/Transformations, Session and Workflows.

Ø Developed Mappings/Transformations using Designer.

Ø Developed workflows using Workflow Manager

Ø Actively participated in database upgrade from 9i to 11g (FSR).

Ø Responsible for the fixation of the errors in data by utilizing the GUI interface of application and SQL scripting.

Ø Developed and performed the quality assurance activities and unit testing.
