Responsibilities:

Ø Designed and Maintained data model using Erwin.

Ø Provide support to Production, Development and QA databases.

Ø Managing tables, indexes, constraints, views sequences, synonyms and stored program units.

Ø Resolved various optimizing problems to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

Ø Experience in creating different kinds ofpartitionson tables and indexesfor managing large tables.

Ø Tuning large data loading sql queries using hints.

Ø Created various Mappings/Transformations, Session and Workflows. Various transformations Source Qualifier, Expression, Aggregator, Stored Procedure, Look up, Routers, Union, Joiner and Transaction Control Transformations.

Ø Developed Mappings/Transformations using Designer.

Ø Developed workflows using Workflow Manager

Ø Created Stored Program Units in the Form of Packages, Functions, Triggers and Procedures for implementing the database intensive business rules.

Ø Involved in migration of the databases from Oracle 9i to 10g on different servers.

Ø Managed and resolved design issues during development.

Ø Creating users and privilege Management using profiles, roles and grants.

Ø Coding and optimizing objects for data access.

Ø Creating users and profiles as per request.

Ø Trouble shooting performance issues using Explain Plan and TKPROF and well versed with STATSPACK.

Ø Analyzing database objects in order to improve the performance of the database.

Ø Moved database Schema changes to staging or production.

Ø Enabled the audit on all the dev/test databases as per the SOX compliance and analyzed and reported the audit records about the suspicious activity in the database.

Ø Used the Clear Case for the version control and Clear Quest for the bug tracking of the database.
