Description: CARES is developed for state people for getting the health care benefits for all the household members. The CWW web allows doing registration of basic information, General information and the Level of income calculation. Based on the income level , CARES Project provides the benefits of programs like food share, child care, Badger care plus, Medical Premium Assistance and Care taker supplement . CWW determines the eligibility and premium values.

It provides the health insurance to all the household members .CARES maintains the case information summary, Household members information, Badger care plus, Food share and Child care details.

Responsibilities:

Ø Initial design phase included the detail analysis of the current data mart and identification of Fact and Dimension tables and how they are related.

Ø Worked with the data mart users to find out their requirements and designed the data mart tables accordingly to meet the user’s demands.

Ø Extensively used PL/SQL programming in backend and front end Functions, Procedures, and Packages to implement business logics/rules. Developed stored Procedures, Functions and various Packages.

Ø Extensively used PL/SQL programming in functions, procedures, packages to implement business rules, worked closely with DBA for SQL query tuning using Explain Plan, Hints and optimizing the query.

Ø Involved in Extraction and the Cleansing of the datafrom flat files using SQL scripts, and used SQL Loader and PL/SQL for loading the data into Oracle 9i.

Ø Developed UNIX shell scripts as part of the ETL process for scheduling.

Ø Extensively used Informatica Power center for extracting, transforming and loading into different databases.

Ø Designed, developed and tested the different Mappings according to Requirements.

Ø Extensively created database objects like Tables, Indexes, Triggers, Stored Procedures, sequences, synonyms, clusters, views

Ø Created Materialized views for enhancing the performance of complex business intelligence queries

Ø Provided production support to schedule and execute production batch jobs and analyzed log files.

Ø Extensively involved in unit testing and UTC.

Ø Involved in creating various documentation like Design document, Unit test plan, integration test plan etc.

Oracle 11i, PL/SQL, SQL and SQL*PLUS, SQL*LOADER, ERWIN, UNIX Shell Scripting, XML ,Workflow Manager 7.x/8.x, TOAD,JAVA.
