Within two weeks Alexander Muzychko known as Sasha Bely ("Sasha the White"), was engaged in extortion of money and carjacking in the Rovno region, being covered with requirements of revolution. The Ministry of Internal Affairs, Security Service of Ukraine and the National Security and Defense Council pretend that everything is quiet in the Rovno region.
Тhe People's Deputy Gennady Moskal wrote in his blog about excesses of notorious Sasha Bely who covers the criminal activity by "The Right Sector".
"The messages about excesses of Sasha Bely who declared himself the gauleiter of the Western Ukraine and compromises everything what Euromaidan stood up for, constantly arrive from inhabitants of the Rovno region ", - the deputy wrote.
Lately, the following information concerning Sasha Bely's acts in the Rovno region was admitted to Visual Intelligence Committee of Ukraine regarding war on organized crime and corruption:
The chief of Department of Motor Vehicle of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the militia colonel A. N. Semenyuk , paid A. Muzychko 10 thousand dollars for "the Right Sector development" as a lump-sum, and also was obliged to transfer 2 thousand dollars weekly.
He does not hide this information from subordinates. A few days ago the representatives of the Rovno union of motorists demanded the application for dismissal from A. N. Semenyuk in his office, however the last one called Muzychko back, and Muzychko threatened these representatives by phone to break their feet if they appear in the office one more time.
On 24.02.2014 the group led by A. I. Muzychko came to a call center of tax police of the Internal Revenue Service in the Rovno Region (the city of Rovno, 12 Vidinskaya St.), took away the keys from the arrested automobile "Nissan-Terrano", started it and left. "Activists" proved their actions by "the requirements of revolution".
On the same day this group visited S. Zhupanyuk, the chief of Department of Motor Vehicles или Department of Driver Services of Dubno (city of Dubno, 184 Grushevsky Street), forced him to write the application of dismissal and took 10 thousand dollars "for the needs of and victims of revolution " in exchange to the fact that they won't go to his home and won't disturb him more. They did the same to G. Dobrinsky, the chief of Department of Motor Vehicles или Department of Driver Services of Rovno.
On 25.02.2014 A. Muzychko together with the group of supporters came to JSC "TAKO" territory (city of Rovno, 62 Kurchatov St.) and forced the management to give them two cars "L-200 Mitsubishi", and also the minivan "Volkswagen", reasoning it as the requirements of revolution.
On 26.02.2014 A. Muzychko together with his accomplices visited the former chief of the state administration of the Rovno region - V.V.Karpenchuk, and demanded 700 thousand dollars from him in exchange that A. Muzychko won't bring up questions about V. Karpenchuk's numerous abuses during the land distribution in the Rovno region. Karpenchuk is afraid to involve militia because Muzychko declared that he is the region justice. V. Karpenchuk decided to escape from the region.
The chief of Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Rovno region, the militia colonel D. Lazarev gave "The Right Sector" the Berkut base "Golden eagle" to use (city of Rovno, Vidinskaya St.) - the office, the garage, the gym, etc. - in exchange to loyalty. This loyalty led to the fact that Muzychko is present at Lazarev's daily operational meetings and instructs. The public is indignant with the facts, the militia operations group detaining in the city of nuisancers delivers them to People's house (city of Rovno, S. Petlyura St.) where Muzychko decides - to carry them to militia and to register or to leave them here "for re-education". In exchange to the same loyalty Muzychko forced Maidan activists and the regional council management to sign a request to leave Lazarev on the position of the chief of the Rovno militia. There is no information today concerning Muzychko in the information system of Department of Internal Affairs "Armor", even a criminal record was purged. It allowed Muzychko to buy firearms, including rifles which he walks withon the streets of the city.
During renting the protesters the premises of the Rovno Regional Government Administration, the deputy governor A. I. Yukhimenko paid Muzychko 10 thousand dollars "for protection", i.e., for the not destroying nothing and taking out nothing. This,herein, that Yukhimenko is the father-in-law of V. Nazaruk, the deputy chief of Security Service of Ukraine, the region manager "K" of Security Service of Ukraine in the Rovno Region.
On 25.02.2014 Muzychko with accomplices visited the owner of shopping center of "Chayka (Sea gull)" (city of Rovno, Gagarin St.), of the Chechen origin, and also demanded 100 thousand US dollars for state development. Soon, the Chechen diaspora from Kiev arrived to resolve this question.
"This is the only small part of criminal activity of Muzychko which is discussed by the public. And still, for sure, there are crimes, extortion which victims don't want to take out on general public because they are simply afraid of physical violence.
